[Congressional Bills 119th Congress] [From the U.S. Government Publishing Office] [S. 4011 Introduced in Senate (IS)] <DOC> 119th CONGRESS 2d Session S. 4011 To reauthorize the Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Act of 1998. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES March 5, 2026 Mr. Coons (for himself, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Heinrich, and Mr. Tillis) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To reauthorize the Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Act of 1998. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Reauthorization Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION. Section 806(d) of the Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Act of 1998 (22 U.S.C. 2431d(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: ``(14) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2028. ``(15) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2029. ``(16) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2030. ``(17) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2031. ``(18) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2032.''. <all>
