Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. NONIMMIGRANT TRADERS. For purposes of section 101(a)(15)(E)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(E)(i)), the Czech Republic shall be considered to be a foreign state described in such section if the Government of the Czech Republic provides similar nonimmigrant status to nationals of the United States. <all>
