Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to establish parity for submission and decision timelines for appeals of assistance decisions under such Act, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Post-Disaster Protection Act''. SEC. 2. APPEALS OF ASSISTANCE DECISIONS. Section 423(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5189a(a)) is amended by striking ``60 days'' and inserting ``90 days''. <all>
