Resolved, That Allison Dale Burroughs, a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following article of impeachment be exhibited to the Senate: Article of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Allison Dale Burroughs, a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against her for high crimes and misdemeanors. article i Allison Dale Burroughs, a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, defied the authority of both Federal law and the Supreme Court of the United States, as follows: Judge Burroughs issued a stay on the lawful determination by the President of the United States to end temporary protected status for the nation of Somalia.
