Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. WAIVER OF 60-DAY NOTICE REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSTHUMOUS HONORARY PROMOTION OF CAPTAIN CODY KHORK, UNITED STATES ARMY. The 60-day notice requirement under section 1563a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is hereby waived for the purpose of the posthumous honorary promotion of Captain Cody Khork, United States Army, to the rank of major. Speaker of the House of Representatives. Vice President of the United States and President of the Senate.
